I caught a magic bunny
In my magic bunny trap.
He wore a little jacket
And a little bunny cap.

He said, “If you turn me loose,
I’ll grant you a magic wish.”
I said, “instead of bunny,
I’d much rather catch a fish.”

He gave me a magic pole
And then quickly ran away.
So I walked down to the lake
And I fished all through the day.

Well, I fished from noon to dark,
Then I fished all through the night.
Didn’t catch a single fish,
Didn’t even get a bite!”

He tried once more to trick me
‘Cause he took me for a sap.

He said, “If you let me go,
